Welcome to Leesons Primary School

A very warm welcome to Leesons Primary School: a vibrant community where every individual is valued, nurtured, and empowered to achieve their personal best. Supported by Spring Trust, our dedicated staff foster confident, independent young people who thrive on challenge and love to learn.

Academic Excellence & Rapid Progress

We are a school making a lasting mark in our local community, emerging as a beacon for inclusion, growth, and high achievement. Our excellent teaching delivers real results: our combined end-of-primary SATs scores increased by 12% in 2025 and an outstanding 23% in 2026, placing our pupils' progress at the very top of local charts.

Learning Beyond the Classroom

Starting with an exceptional foundation in Early Years, our enquiry led curriculum sparks imagination and creative thinking across every year group. We enrich every child's experience through:

• 6 x School Trips Every Year: Every year group steps outside the classroom six times annually to bring learning to life.
• Rich Music Provision: Specialist music tuition delivered by the Bromley Youth Music Trust, alongside an active choir performing at major venues including the O2 and Fairfield Halls.
• Inclusive Sports: Local inter-school sporting competitions that teach resilience, teamwork, and healthy competition.
• Extensive Clubs: A wide variety of extra-curricular opportunities, ranging from specialist external clubs to a broad selection of free activities run by our passionate teaching staff.

Grounded in Core Values

Everything we do is guided by our three core values:

• Ambition: Encouraging every child to reach high and take pride in their achievements.
• Collaboration: Teaching pupils to work well together, build self-esteem, and respect others. Working effectively with parents and families.
• Equity: Ensuring every child receives the tailored support they need to flourish.
